Information you provide
When you create an account or use PROOFLOT, we process your email address, account profile details, asset information, activity records, and files you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, create and display asset records, store supporting evidence, operate security controls, and respond to support requests. Asset details on a public record page are accessible to anyone with its link. Do not include sensitive information in public asset fields.
Files and fingerprints
Evidence files are stored in private storage. We calculate a SHA-256 digest of each uploaded file and associate it with its record. Public verification pages may show the file name and digest, but not the private file contents.
Service providers and retention
PROOFLOT uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage infrastructure. Data is retained while your account remains active or as needed to operate the service. Contact us to request account or data deletion.
Your choices
You can avoid publishing information by omitting it from public asset fields. Contact privacy@prooflot.com with privacy requests or questions.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The updated date above will reflect revisions.
