Using PROOFLOT
By accessing PROOFLOT, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
Asset information and evidence
You retain responsibility for information and files you submit and for ensuring you have the right to upload and share them. You grant PROOFLOT permission to host and display that information as needed to provide the service and any public pages you create.
Nature of records
PROOFLOT organizes records and evidence supplied by users. Unless expressly stated with identifiable supporting details, a record is not an independent inspection, title determination, valuation, certification, or guarantee of an asset or claim. File fingerprints indicate byte-level correspondence only.
Public pages
When you create a shareable record, its displayed asset details and evidence metadata may be accessible to anyone with the page URL. Keep confidential information out of those fields.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
